You provide the basics (when you want us onsite, where you want the money deposited, and a roster or list of your participants). We define your campaign structure, including goals, timeline, participant setup, and your onsite Live Event.
We configure the entire fundraiser within the platform, including participant setup, pledge & donation tracking, communication strategy, and social media content development. Your team does not handle setup.
We launch an onsite Live Event designed to create immediate participation and early momentum. It is structured, engaging, and often fun and competitive. Instead of a slow start, your campaign starts strong.
We manage the fundraiser throughout the campaign, including participant communication, donor engagement, social media guidance, performance monitoring, and ongoing adjustments.
We maintain the data so you have full visibility into a real-time performance dashboard showing more than just progress toward your goal. You can just stay informed or take on a more active role should you choose.
We manage all donation processing and reconciliation, including offline donations such as checks. Your team does not track or manage transactions.
We complete reporting, finalize results, and distribute funds. Everything is handled cleanly and efficiently.
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. We handle the work, but you always have visibility and the option to be involved.
We operate on only 15% of total funds raised, with no multi-year or program commitments.
