5-2 Funding (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information to operate and improve its fundraising platform and managed services.

We collect organization and administrator information, participant and contact data submitted for campaigns, donor information including name, email, phone number, and transaction data, payment-related data processed through third parties, and usage and device data.

We use this information to execute and manage fundraising campaigns, send communications on behalf of organizations, process donations, reconcile funds, provide reporting and dashboards, deliver customer support, and improve platform performance.

As part of our managed service, we may send SMS and email communications, manage outreach workflows, monitor campaign performance, provide donor support, and perform donation reconciliation.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with payment processors, messaging providers, hosting and analytics providers, the organization running the fundraiser, and legal authorities if required.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information as needed for operations, reporting, and legal compliance.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable.

Participant data involving minors is provided by organizations or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors without authorization.
